Excellent question and one I will try to answer.All the tweaks are cumulative but I have lived with the EAR834p with the above mentioned tweaks for 2 years before doing the AC inlet socket upgrade so you could say I was intimatley in touch with how it sounded. The AC inlet took it to a whole other level that can only be described as "overwhelming" for lack of a better term.
The Cryogenic treatment of metals is what lead me to this upgrade as I have experienced it's benefit in other applications in my system...namely the power plugs and AC recepticles.
As to which tweak to be done first is a hard question. What is important to you? What improvements do you want from the 834p? How far do you want to take it?Let's start there and then we can make informed decisions that best suits your needs.
