Grado Black on Pioneer PL 10. Comments?

I currently have a Ortofon OM 10. Would the Grado be better? I also have a Technics SL Q2 (Direct Drive) with Shure M97ED. Would the Ortofon or Grado also work on it? What about grado hum? Thanks.
