Is the Graham Engineering Robin a uni-pivot design? Need inexpensive uni-pivot for JA Michell Hydraulic Reference...

I'm about to give up on the Fluid Arm on my Hydraulic Reference table. The thing has a ground problem now...every time I touch the tonearm to cue a record...it's pure static until I let go...very annoying. I think I pulled the tonearm cable while connecting it to an amp and must have broken a ground wire or something. Also...the thing leaks hydraulic fluid like mad. I clean it off...then it's all sticky again. I don't have many complaints about the arm's performance...in fact I think it's much better than most people give it credit for. It's an excellent tracker.

In any case, I'm real close to just replacing it. I want a uni-pivot design because I feel this will work best with the table and is also in keeping with the original intention of the designer. I don't want to spend more than a few hundred. I was looking at the Graham Robin...does anyone know if that's a uni-pivot design? In any case, I'd appreciate recommendations for new tonearms or perhaps the SME 3009?? Not sure what to do here....
