Jeff,Thank you for the very informative post. It looks like what is going to kill the Grado for me is the fact that A) my tonearm is very low mass and B) I want something that tracks like a beast. Therefore it would seem that the Glider is the better option of the two. Tell me...how are the more expensive Grados in terms of tracking the ability to handle complex situations?
What scares me about the Glider is that you say it can sound thin. My JA Michell Hydraulic Reference tends to be thin by nature, so perhaps this is a problem. Are there any other carts you can recommend in this price range that have a LUSH and transparent midrange...total lack of fatigue...but track like a V15?
