Well.....

Once again: I have spoken with the guy who designed the wood bodies on the phone, and John Grado in person. Both told me exactly what I posted, and told me in no uncertain terms. My own personal experience -- I have two arm tubes with my Moerch arm, and previously I used a Grado on a Rega 300 for a relatively short time -- confirms what Grado told me. Unless you prefer to rely 100% on the math formula, and/or believe the designer and head of the company know less about their cart. than you do, I suggest calling them. I'm aware some say they are happy with a Grado on a Rega arm. I wasn't, spoke to Grado, and see no reason to disregard what Grado recommends for *optimum* performance.
