I am playing "Liszt 19 Hungarian Rhapsodies, Louis Kentner, Vox Box SVBX 5452" for the first time and I noticed that it is "Recorded with Dolby S/N noise stretcher".Does this mean that it is much like a Dolby cassette and I really should be using a dolby decoder when playing it back? Or does it mean that Dolby was used to reduce master tape hiss and was decoded before the transfer to vinyl? There is no explanation on the LPs or notes.
