Too valuable to play

I have a number of records in my collection that are so rare, so valuable, that I won't even look at them myself, let alone show them to another or, heaven forbid, play them.

Most are still sealed, tagger still on, and are worth...well…they're priceless. In fact, even talking (or thinking) about them makes me nervous about devaluation.

I have a special lead-and-silk-lined box I keep them in. I keep the box in a cryogenic freezer, the same one Ted Williams' head is in, I believe. The freezer is scheduled to be shot to Mars in a rocket (when the technology is finally made available to the public) where they will be safe until … further notice. I guess.

Nah. Just kidding. I'd go ahead and play them. Unless your table is set up really badly I don't think a spin or two will hurt. Go ahead and enjoy!!!!
