Not positive but the outboard power supply in clear plastic may be the one off set up given to Linn dealers to demo the differences between the valhalla (which was in a clear case) and the lingo. They could switch between them while the table was set up and you could judge the differences for yourself. There have been a couple of different bearing setups prior to the cirkus. There is an LP12 faq that a fellow named Werner has up, maybe someone can post the url for you. As well, pink fish media (http://www.pfmedia.demon.co.uk/flatearth/index.htm) also has serial number guides for linn equipment including the lp12. Good luck,
