How are your soldering skills. I have repaired these issues several times over the years. Get some new headshell leads, cut off one end and resolder to the leads that are in need of new clips. I use a small bit of heatshrink to cover the repair. Not too difficult if you take care and be sure the new leads aren't too long.
Some will repair the leads with identical wire that is currently being used in your Moerch, but I would use any good quality wire that is the same gauge.
