Then why not simply disclose the fact that the arm is damaged? Your current ad hints at the facts, but all it does is theoretically protect you from another return while also failing completely as an honest depiction of the actual condition of the item. I have seen the arm and my friend still has the photos! Must I get them from him and clog up the bandwidth on this site by posting them in order to expose you? I told my friend that he should leave you negative feedback, but he refuses. Not his style to punish people in that manner. I might have done differently.

FACTS:
Your original ad for this arm states: "Beautiful!", "Excellent condition." Photographs of the item depict all in detail, but the cracked area and the side of the arm with the ding in the wood mysteriously remain undocumented. Interesting.

While the previous auction that my friend won was running, he contacted you and asked:
"Can I assume the bearings rotate silky smooth with no dead spots? Also, is there any wiggle play in the headshell or does it connect firmly? Thank you!"
You replied: "All looks good. Well taken care of."

This was blatantly dishonest. He specifically asked you about the play in the headshell and you dodged directly answering the question while implying that all was well. Very sneaky and very seedy!

If you attempt to deny any portion of what I have said here, I will obtain a screen capture of that correspondence as well as the photos of the arm and post them here for all to see. All I am asking is that you be honest about the items that you're selling. Why wouldn't you be? Why make someone's life more difficult? Turntable builders and enthusiasts are a relatively small community. Many of us are not extremely wealthy and are humble hobbyists with a passion for music. Give us a break.
