RE: Storm Protection Electical strips

I live in Colorado Springs, which also gets a lot of lightning. There is NO power strip that will protect you from a direct lightning strike. Anyone who tells you otherwise is simply wrong. I keep my system unplugged unless I am listening to it, and I won't listen to it if there is a storm passing through. It's simply not worth it.
