It's not a TNT 6 HR. Quite a bit older than that model which I owned. The three pulley system was dumped well before the HR as was the separate flywheel and motor. The HR utilized the dual motor/fly wheel assembly and the arm was mounted directly on to the plinth, no arm board. Air bladders gone too. The base looks like the one I owned.
