I have a BL-111, which doesn't have the air bearing. Not sure if it works the same as yours. The original tools are two handles that screw into the platter, allowing you to simply lift straight up. If you have two screw holes on your platter, it may work in a similar manner. You can get screws that fit and jerry rig handles to lift the platter up.
I just looked at the owner's manual on vinylengine, and it appears to work the same way.
