Need information/advice about Decca International London tonearm

I love copious amounts of rich warm bass and lower mid punch combined with a smooth top end. I am currently using a Denon DP-790 tonearm on my Lenco L75 and I would characterize the sound of the arm compared to others as midrangey and more neutral with a tendency toward the 'open' and lean side of the spectrum, though not as lean as some arms I've tried. It's not bad, but it's not delicious either. Recently I read a post where someone was complaining that the Decca International London arm was too warm, "coloured" and bass heavy. Sounds like my cup of tea. I've also read comments talking about how smooth and organic it sounds, like the 'classic' sound of vinyl. I am intrigued. My concerns are that as I will be mounting this arm on the top plate, that distortion from rumble will increase (my Denon is mounted on the heavy, wood plinth. Also concerned about the increased tracking distortion/inner groove problems as the Denon's mounting distance is about 3 centimeters longer than the Decca, though I'm not sure this would be an issue or that the difference really amounts to that much in the real world. Found a page on the internet where someone was commenting on how in some Hifi Choice review that I can't find, the Decca London tonearm was measured to not be flat and that it was made to compensate for the frequency response of the Decca cartridges, which actually seems like it's pretty smooth other than a rise in the bass. So therefore, if that were true, wouldn't that mean that the Decca arm was actually light in the bass? So my questions are:

How does the Decca track?

How does it sound?

I'll be using a variety of OEM Japanese vintage cartridges as well as the usual Shure and Pickering suspects.
