i called Grado i think that mark is right ;
Grado says that the way to look at it is :
there is a pin between every 2 letters and looking at it this way avoids positioning the cartridge with the needle down or up (to read the letters);
therefore:
between the R and G = Green
G and L = Blue
L and H = White
H and R = Red
I don't know why Grado found it too complicated to put the correct color as color code by each pin. perhaps it's not high endy enough...
