RE: Rega P9 felt mat replacement

It depends what your likes/dislikes are regarding P9. Personally, I think it's just an average TT. It surely has high "impressiveness" factor built into sound but musically it's just so so. For myself I found a thick soft rubber mat to prevent annoying felt sticking problem and to kill some of that impressiveness (from old DD table) and Incognito arm rewire to round the things further( it is really worthwhile investment ) was a solution.
