I would use a large round type level(I use an RV type) and make sure the platter is level. Then do the same to the armboard. If it is canted, loosen the screws and use thin wooden shims to bring up the part of the armboard that is low. Insert the shims in between the chassis and the armboard. Once you have it level, tighten the screws.Mine is a little off, but not enough to worry about.
