You can always upgrade the arm later, armboards aren't too difficult to fabricate and they can also be found pre-drilled for your specific arm through Sound of the Wood. These tables can sound excellent and are upgradeable. I have a Sam Tellig modded ES-1 and am very pleased with it, but have decided to go with a bunch of upgrades, should be a keeper when done.
