What struck me even further was that he made brief mention of these derogatory comments posted in this thread. He conveyed an attitude of sincere remorse and explained how he understood why this particular customer, a person who he stated that he admired, was frustrated. He made no foul comments, excuses, nor did he express any anger. I was pretty surprised by that. Here we have an upset client who has chosen to go public and smear a man's name and his business and Jim's response is rational, apologetic, non-accusatory, and entirely professional. That speaks volumes about his character. Jim Howard is obviously top shelf and I feel comfortable doing business with him.
