Maybe someone else will give some more help, I have never worked on a Sanyo. I have adjusted Duals, Micro Seikis, kenwood and Pioneers, etc. Every manufacturer does it different, Are there any screws in those holes that are under the platter? That device that moves in sink with the arm as it nears the spindle should be a clue, it obviously returns the arm, but it's hard to tell without having the turntable in front of me if there is some adjustment that would move the arm sooner.
