I don't consider my LP's to be any kind of treasure, I use my recorded music to take me back to my younger days, when I was a musician. The "spine tingling" one can get from a performance, whether as a listener or performer is a true treasure.
I play all of my LP's, no saving them for the next generation, even the ones that are probably worth way more than what I paid for them. But that said, I hope someone in the future gets the same thrill as I do when they are listened to, regardless of what they had to pay to get them.
