Linn Basik LVX tonearm sounds a little forward. Warmer alternatives for Lenco L75?

I'm wondering, based on various literature I've read, if it's true that the Linn Basik LVX arm is a little forward/bright sounding? I think that may indeed be the case. I have the arm mounted on a Lenco L75 with a very neutral cartridge: Stanton 681EEE, vintage metal body. I have two of these. I've A/B tested my other Stanton 681EEE on a few other arms and tables and they all sound a bit more laid back than the Linn/Lenco combo, which I prefer...though the overall drive, pace, and dynamics of the Lenco are missing. My question is if there are any other arms to consider which have drop-in geometry in place of the Linn arm, meaning a 210-211mm pivot to spindle distance? Audioquest? Mission? Alphason? etc? How does one go about selecting a warm, dark, full, and smooth sounding arm?
