Peter -Perhaps I'm missing something, but it looks like C5 is a dual cap, with two sections 40uf and 60uf both with 450v values.
I seem to recall the 20/20 used a twist mount 1 3/8" originally, but you may want to verify this. If so you can replace the twist mount with a clamp mount 50/50uf part like the 500v LCR or JJ caps currently available.
If you want to keep the amp looking correct (which is probably worthwhile), AES stocks a C-EC40-20X3-525 twist mount cap which has a 40uf, and 3 20uf sections. You can strap together the 20uf sections to get 40/60uf @ 525v. They also have a C-EC30-30-30-10 @ 475v where you can strap two 30uf sections for 60uf, and the 30/10 for 40uf. I'd check the height before ordering, as they may be too tall to look correct.
Lastly, if the original can cap is in place but non-functional you can restuff the original can.
