It would take an impartial middle person/entity to act as fiduciary: hold the money 'til the goods get delivered, insure fair dealing for
both sides, moderate disputes, perhaps do all this for a modest fee which would cover reasonable expenses of operation, period. I'd say
the notion of AMart might work. Persons could get kicked off the platform if they were scammers, dishonest, cheats, etc. Scholl, i think yours is an excellent notion. Within the perview of the fiduciary 'members' would have certain benefits chief of which would be
to list buy/sell items. There would be a certain code of honor at work. Violation of the code may result in banishment. How about a non-profit charter with a board of overseers. Perhaps a yearly subcription. It would be highly worth it to escape the increasing madness of wide open internet buying and selling. Let's make something that can serve its members and act as a benefit to Audio.
