RE: Cleaning brushed aluminum without harming silk screening

Gonzo, hi. I have found Windex both gentle and effective cleaning aluminum and just about every other hard surface. I have used it for years. Get some clean cotton cloths too. A building store will have boxes of these in the paint department. Plan to go through a bunch during the cleaning process. You could use old T-shirts but the box of rags is so handy. Spray a little Windex on the surface or lightly wet a rag and apply. Also get some Q-tips for working places the rag can't get. I have tried Windex equivalents but always migrate back to the genuine article. Have patience. It may take more than one session to get to the desired state of clean. Happy Cleaning and Happy Listening!
