RE: Luxman Laboratory Reference Series

tubers, hi. The Luxman Laboratory Reference also had C-12 pre-amp, B-12 power amps, and T-12 tuner. I still have a C-12. Quite a nice phono section in it. The hallmark of Luxman solid state was the non-transistory sound. They were just plain more musical than the competition. It was so sad to see this innovative company fail and then get absorbed by Alpine. Lux Duo-Beta feedback was also incorporated into tube pre-amps: CL-34 and CL-32. Properly tweaked the CL-34 is a wonderful performer. Just a little more Lux Lore for you. Happy Listening.
