BC, hi. Camden, New Jersey place of manufacture. What you have is the lower part of the acoustic horn assembly from a Victor Talking Machine. These machines played lateral cut 78 RPM records. This machine is derived from the E. Berliner flat disc Graphophone of a slightly earlier era. The biggest Victor reproducers had horn mouths that measured 15 by 20 feet or so. These were built into a hotel's public areas - lobby, dining rooms, etc. All of this predates electrical recording/reproduction.
