Ive listed NAD amps from the era of the 3020 below. Based on my experience, I would recommend all of the ones I have had and I have indicated these below.
I've also tried a lot "Power Envelope" NADs from the later 80's and the 90's but and I much prefer the original series.
Integrateds:
3020 78-83 (I have one and recommend them)
3020A 82-84 (I had one and recommend them)
3020B 85-86 (I had one and recommend them)
3030 78-81
3040 80-81
3045 78-81
3060 78-82
3080 78-82 (I had one and recommend them)
Preamps:
1020 81-83
1020A 82-84
1020B 85
Power Amps
2140 81-83
2150 82-84
2155 84-87
2200 85-86
I'm not sure that all of these used the origiinal circuitry but I think they changed to Power Envelope with the 2200PE in 1986
Receivers
7020 80-82 (not the 7020e which was from 88-90)
7030 78-81
7045 78-82
7060 78-81
7080 78-82
