Ernie L, hi. The chokes in the dividing network are sub-prime - to use word that's been cropping up in the press of late. It is the fact that the chokes are iron core - the three channel frame goodies in a row below the caps - and not air core. Air is core is better but bigger. I have two-way crossovers from the mid 30's with huge air core inductors. As to winding technique or choice of materials there is wide choice. Try AudioExpress for ad leads. Do a Google. You might check out Madisound and of course there is PartsExpress out of Ohio. If you get real adventurous you could wind 'em up yourself.
