Sherwood S-5000 hookup questions...early 7189 tube version

I have here a Sherwood S-5000 integrated amp. This is the early version with 7189 outputs and the 5AR4 rectifier. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what the different input jacks are for. There is one labeled "rec" and one that says "mon". Is one of these the tape out? Does the tape out bypass the tone controls I wonder? Also, what is the layout of the other jacks? There's one labeled "aux" and "tv". I can tell if it's stereo for tv or just a pair of mono jacks. On the speaker terminal, there are jumpers connecting both "c" taps to a center screw that says "df2". What the heck is "df2"? Anyone have an owners manual or own one of these amps?
