Sherwood S-8000 III help needed. How to bias? What should I do to this amp to make stable?

I just got a Sherwood S-8000 III tube receiver. It is working perfectly and dead quiet. However, I'm not sure how to bias it. I don't have any specs or information. There appear to be ports on the chassis for meter probes and I see the balance and bias pots...but I have no clue where to set it.

Also, in addition to the following...what do I need to do to this amp to make it stable for long term use?

A) Allowed amp to warm up, transformers and can caps not excessively hot. No hum, no strange noises....assuming caps are a-okay.

B) Bias amp(pending).

C) Clean all tube sockets, pots, and terminals with DeOxit.

D) Test all tubes.

E) Literature says that unit contains silicon rectifier, so no need to worry about time-bomb selenium units?

Help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
