Hi
I suggest that you read the specs of the non-polar cap.
Non-polar caps are made by internally connecting two caps back-to-back, therefore they tend to have poorer specs than a single cap from the same product line.
Watch the ESL and DF specs, if they are better than the standard cap, you may hear a difference (for the better).
If you are not worried about the sound quality and simply want to know if it is a direct replacement, yes, it is, no problemo.
