I suggest that you replace all power supply caps. Some may be dry or leaky, due to the age of your amp. Lok for gooey or powdery deposits close to the caps. That's a sure sign of cap failure.
Panasonic THSA is a good, inexpensive product, available from Digikey in many values.
Also, since this is a PA amplifier, If it has XLR inputs, make sure you have the right adapter and are following the correct wiring convention (see link)
