Hello Ehien
If you don't have hum or hiss and transparency is good enough, I suggest that you don't mess with a winning team.
I have lots of experience with bypass caps, going back 30 years (I miss my Quad II amp :^( )
In every case, I can hear an elevated, stair-step treble range generated by what engineers call multi-resonant tank circuits (the composite cap will have two main impedance minima, one for the large cap, one for the bypass cap). It contributes to an artificial tonal balance(though HI-FIish sounding).
Better use one or several paralell, identical, excellent quality caps (IMHO).
Mallory is a good brand. If you want to have fun, try different brands for different flavors. Buy suplus and have fun.
Good luck
Carlos
