got me there, Brian...thanks for correcting me, BTW you might be interested to know there is quite a bit more to all of this than meets the eye; it is possible to outdo the cryogenic route when PWB procedures are followed when freezing things in the home freezer, even tho' the temperatures are not nearly as low. Unfortunately, it is quite a long story and is somewhat off the subject. However, I do feel that the benefits of "straight" freezing or cryo processing are worthwhile on their own merit.
