The Neutrik web site threw a "404" error from your link. It looks like the product nomenclature might have changed.
Neutrik has lines of converters to convert balanced to unbalanced analog signals and to convert balanced to unbalanced digital signals. From looking at the web site, it looks like the product you had in mind is an analog converter, but this would be just a guess.
