In summary, the above posts reveal that nobody participating in this thread, and certainly not the "manufacturer" or processor of this misnamed artifact, has any idea what quantum tunnelling actually is.
It is not related to cryogenic treatment. It certainly has nothing to do with sending bolts of high current down wires. In fact if anyone can be bothered to take the time to find out what this phenomenon is they might be surprised to find that the operation of all audio circuits relies to some extent on quantum tunnelling.
Nobody puts it in there and you don't have to pay for it.
