This concept is new to me; I just heard about it yesterday. I heard that dry ice will help, but not as much as liquid nitrogen. I will use dry ice because liquid nitrogen is not available to me.
First, where can you get dry ice? How would you prepare the cables? What I mean is what would you put the cables in before you put them in with the ice. Could some one please explain the whole process to me?
Second, if cables benefit from this freezing, then why not components? Are they too delicate? I'm sure that a CD player is too delicate, but what about an amp? Just a thought. Any comments on this idea? Any response would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,
Frosty
