Crygenics help to distribute the atoms more evenly thus creating a tighter grain structure with less voids. With a tighter grain structure, there will be less electrical noise when the electrons cross/traverse the grain boundries.
Ok. Let's just assume this is true. It begs a couple of questions.
First, what's the magnitude of the noise caused by grain boundaries that cryogenic treatment allegedly "cures" compared to the general thermal noise of the conductor? Seems to me that the noise you're referring to here would have to be pretty well buried within the conductor's thermal noise to begin with.
Second, how does the cryogenic process differ, in terms of results, from the more common heat annealing process?

No, I won't be there. May have some cables there though, but that's not certain at this point.
