There are no "high end" circuit breakers. Breaker manufacturers are concerned only with safety performance, not sonics. By code you are restricted to whatever brand and type of circuit breaker that is "listed" for use in your electrical panel. Often this means that breaker and panel must be the same manufacturer (e.g., only Square D breaker permitted in SQD panel, only GE breaker in GE panel, etc.).
