I suggest that you do a search on Tweak asylum and Tube DIY asylum, read all the comments and choose the cap that best fits your wish list/budget.
I like the russian military surplus teflon caps from ebay (inexpensive, larger value is .1 uF 600V), Exotica TFT Teflon and Siderealkaps.
Several inmates like the sound of the more affordable Auricaps or Hovland Musiccaps.
I suggest that you look for tin and foil caps and avoid inexpensive metalized foil caps e.g. Axon or Solen, they tend to sound slightly edgy on tube circuits.
The latest buzz on the Net is the Mundorf Supreme silver foil in oil cap. At $80 a piece, very few people have tried it.
Anyway, if your amp has carbon composition resistors (and you do not like their warm sound), IMO your priority #1 is replacing those with better Rs. They tend to drift a lot in value and are not reliable in the long run.
Good luck
Carlos
