The Gordon Gows use a chrome plated chassis where the the later amps, without the Commermorative designation, are stainless steel. The later versions use bayonet mount power supply caps instead of twistlocks also.
Other than this they are the same. The GG 275s also came with Richardson built KT88s which did not always work out well. The later amps did not come with tubes but a tube kit was available with SV6550 Mc branded outputs. Mc now uses the SV KT88 they introduced in the MC2000 and this would be a good tube for ay MC275.
