I have ordered from Brendan on 3 occasions over the course of about 3 years. He is knowledgeable and very forthcoming on the characteristics and availability of tubes. I agree his prices are usually higher than others, but then he provides a wide range of tubes which are immediately available and a service which few can match. As for his cryogenic tubes, I am one of those who think they have magical qualities, which in the long term are worth paying for.
