I read the info on the Cryovac process. I wonder if the most of the sound improvements come from the cleaning of the pins as opposed to the cryogenic treating. I guess I am at a loss as to how the internals of a vacuum tube can be affected by cryo treating if heat cannot transfer in a vacuum (other than light energy). I realize that the exposed pins are indeed mechanically attached to the internals, but really, is this process affecting the internals or more the characteristics of the exposed pins? Just wondering. Any thoughts or feedback?
