The originals clean up nicely as several have suggested. Don't just change parts, getting the gunk off of the board is essential to restoring an ST70.I use a chloronated solvent (Fedron) sold for cleaning type, but WD40 and Windex will do a very good job with a bit of elbow grease.
An original board properly restored will sound very very nice.
