A used vintage Dyna ST70 (35 WPC) in decent condition should cost about $300. Check out EBay, Audiogon, and Audioshopper to buy a ST70.A used vintage Harmon-Kardon Citation II amp (60 WPC) should be about $600. A used vintage pair of Dyna Mark III monoblocks should be less than the H/K steroblock and more than the ST70.
To get a new amp in your price range, you will have to DIY or buy "flea power".
