Lee, hi. This obviously is not Western made. The pins resemble banana jacks. Top cap appears to go to g1 which fits in with the general
size of the tube and its woven wire mesh anode. I'd say this tube is a detector/voltage amplifier most likely from a radio receiver of some kind. The woven mesh plate makesit resemble the WE 101F somewhat. It may have been a telecommunications tube again as voltage amplifier or detector. Similar also to 6C6. How's that?
