I've seen these on Ebay. Is it as simple as plugging a 6SN7 into an adapter and using it in place of a 12AU7? I have an integrated that uses a pair of 12AX7's and 12AU7's in the preamp stage and have been thinking about trying 6SN7's in place of the 12AU7's using adapter sockets. Is this safe?
