Use of the term 'mesh' is misleading

bluetube et al, hi. A mesh plate is one made of woven wire not perf metal. Tube makers/marketers have learned call what they make a 'mesh plate' when clearly it is not. Calling a perf metal plate a 'mesh plate' is deceptive. Anyone who has had experience with real mesh plate tubes would know the difference. Trying to blur the line between mesh plate and perf metal plates is wrong headed and misleading. A tube maker/marketer who does this is trading on ignorance.
