Like I posted today, a lack of an answer or a fuzzy one should tip you off a little as to what the seller knows about what he's selling. on the other hand, maybe the seller is legitimately unavailable. That's just something you'll have to cull through.
I've gotten the "no reply' before when asking someone selling tubes on E-Bay specifics, and that's an instant "no-go" to me. I quit buying from E-bay long ago when it became painfully obvious that the vast majority of sellers were clueless as to what they were doing and E-bay wouldn't yank the obvious frauds. There are still a few who are good, but not like it was 10 years ago.
